Flat grinding/Polishing machine HL-1 / HL-2

Designed for grinding and polishing hard and brittle materials such as glass, ceramic and minerals.

A simple and flexible construction makes it easy to replace the grinding and polishing discs in seconds.

-Solid high quality steel construction.

-Fully closed water system with two functions in mind: cooling and slag filtering

-Delivered complete with tank for water cooling and filtering.

-Very stable and vibration damping construction.

-Can be fitted with diamond grinding wheels of variable sizes (Ø 300 alt. 400 mm) or polyurethane wheels for polishing work.

-Manufactured in two versions HL-1 and HL-2. The HL-2 is the larger version where we have combined two HL-1 units, the HL-2 is suited for larger production jobs.

Powder booth PSP-1 / PSP-3

Used when working with coloured powder or crushed glass.
Thanks to the efficient smoke and particle filter in the PSP-1 and PSP-3 machines, it is possible to collect and dispose off hazardous and unwanted compounds in the working environment.

For example, unwanted by-products like gas fumes created when hot glass posts are rolled in coloured powder can efficiently be removed.

Available in two versions (PSP-1 and PSP-3). On the PSP-3 version you can control the front hatch with a foot pedal.
