Since we started supplying and introduced our own product range of annealing furnaces in stainless steel for glassprodcution in 1989, we have extended our range of glass kilns to include kilns for both the professional and the smaller studios.
Ranging from melting furnaces, reheating stations, rod kilns to our own designed annealing furnaces with double chambers.

Naber fusing kilns

We have fusing kilns for the small as well as the big work shop, from 75 - 1050 liter.

CEBEX DT-3,  a high quality annealing kiln

When this product was design, efficiency and economy really did take centre stage. The stainless steel guaranties long life and quality. A microprocessor controls the process of cooling for outstanding quality but also controls any moving parts for increased safety.

DT-3 kilns can be used in the following areas

Cooling of glass
Keeping metal selves warm
Clean firing grafite moulds

DT-3 kilns can be delivered as a completely mobile and easily transportable kit it comes with cables, circuit and wheels – ready to go!

The solution can also be tailor made according to the customer needs and wants.



Reheating station – RS 180-310-500

This is a modern quiet reheating station packed with new innovative ideas that will keep your long term production costs low.

By using a unique gas management system it is possible to fire up the reheating station to 1600°C in a matter of seconds. All you have to do is step on a floor pedal.

When you stop pressing the pedal the reheating station will return to its stand by mode, ready to be fired up whenever it is time to work on another glass piece.

In comparison this will bring down the gas usage to a tenth of what you are using in a traditional reheating station.

The reheating stations are available in 3 sizes 180, 310 and 500L
